After finishing their work at the hospital as usual, Ashraf took Saudart directly to another hospital despite her protests that she was perfectly fine. But he refused to listen, aware that she wasn’t as healthy as she claimed. When they arrived at the hospital, despite her frustration, she had no choice but to follow him, feeling irritated that she was brought unnecessarily, as she thought.

Without paying attention to her anger, Ashraf held her hand, and they entered the modern hospital. Because they had a family doctor, they were given priority and received quick care. Ashraf explained to the doctor about Saudart's condition, his face filled with concern, and he asked the doctor to examine her thoroughly to ensure there was no serious problem.

The doctor smiled and ordered a nurse to take Saudart’s blood. Saudart, who had a strong aversion to injections, started resisting, refusing to cooperate. But eventually, they managed to take her blood. The doctor took the blood straight to the lab, leaving Ashraf to console Saudart, who was crying from the pain of the injection.

After about thirty minutes, the doctor returned, smiling, and congratulated them. He handed Ashraf the test results and began explaining what had happened.

Ashraf and Saudart fell silent, as if their mouths had been sealed. They looked at each other in astonishment. Saudart quickly grabbed the paper from Ashraf’s hand and read it slowly, her eyes widening in surprise.

“Pregnant? I’m pregnant?” she repeated softly, stunned. How could this be? She was lost in thought, realizing that she had never considered this possibility, especially since she hadn’t felt any pain or pregnancy symptoms. No vomiting, no headaches. Then she remembered she hadn’t had her period for a while, but this wasn’t unusual for her, as she often skipped months.

Ashraf, overjoyed, fell to the ground in prostration, thanking God. When he got up, he hugged the doctor, expressing his gratitude repeatedly. As the months passed, Saudart and Ashraf continued to take care of their unborn child, while Sadeeq and Baby were busy with their wedding preparations.
